A license includes FREE 1 month email support & FREE 3 months update to future releases.
Web/Email support requests can be submitted 24 hours a day at

  • Support Time is Monday-Friday excluding holidays : 9.30am - 6.30pm GMT +7 hours.
  • We do not provide support for any 3rd party add-on or software.
  • We do not provide support on weekends and holidays.
  • We are unable to support customer customization. We cannot help debugging and troubleshooting modification not done by us.
