This license agreement is a legal agreement between you (Merchant or Developer) and Vevo Systems Co., Ltd. for VevoCart. By using this product you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

This software/key is protected by national and international copyright laws.

This license grants you the right to install this software/key for use on a single (1) website/store for the domain specified when your key was purchased. In addition, you may use the product for local development purposes on a single (1) computer system.

A Server license of VevoCart grants unlimited websites/stores on a single (1) server machine.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble VevoCart to reconstruct or discover any source code or underlying algorithms of VevoCart, if provided in object code form only.

You may not transfer, rent, lease, or sublicense VevoCart.

VevoCart is not licensed to use as a subscription-based solutions that customers pay monthly or yearly fees.

VevoCart may only be sold and distributed as an integrated part of an application or system created by you. Each sold/distributed site/store must have its own unique license even if hosted within a single domain.

A copyright notice must be provided within the source code that specifies VevoCart as the provider of the software integrated with your applications, for example:

"<<your application name>> contains VevoCart licensed; these components may only be used as part of and in connection with <<your application name>>."

Resellers have to obtain a permission prior to resell.

You may not transfer your rights under this license agreement. A license may not be used for any domain other than that specified at the time of obtaining the key.

A VevoCart license may not be used in an ISP/Mall environment.

Rebranding is prohibited without a written consent.

Websites/stores that use free versions of VevoCart must include the following acknowledgement in every page of the stores:

"Shopping Cart Software"

with the link to

"http://www.vevocart.com/"

This software/key is licensed, not sold. Vevo Systems Co., Ltd. retains ownership and the copyright of the software/key.

Without prejudice to any other rights, Vevo Systems Co., Ltd. may terminate this license agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of VevoCart, any derivative work, all of its component parts, source code, associated documentation, and related materials. The disclaimers of warranties and damages and limitations on liability shall survive termination.

By installing this software/key, you acknowledge that you are located outside of Thailand. You must not install the software/key in the machines or servers located in Thailand.

The software and source code is provided to you "AS IS." Vevo Systems Co., Ltd. disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the software remains with you.

In no event will Vevo Systems Co., Ltd. or its licensors be liable to you for any special, consequential, indirect, or similar damages, including any lost profits or lost data arising out of the use or inability to use the software/key even if Vevo Systems Co., Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The disclaimers and limitations set forth above will apply regardless of whether you accept the software.

By installing this software/key you acknowledge that you have read this license agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
